There is no single safe pressure limit for every garden hose. Compare the declared working pressure with the supply pressure, water hammer, temperature and fittings. Drain the hose before freezing conditions; avoid crushing and damaged connections.

Wall thickness alone does not prevent kinking. Flexibility, hose diameter, coil diameter and temperature matter. A small reel or sharp edge can restrict flow; compare line length, connections and the specified bend radius rather than weight alone.
Remove twists or kinks, then check the tap fitting and spray nozzle. The name Super is not a flow or kink-free guarantee. Turn off the water, unroll the hose and inspect for damage; comparing diameters on the same route helps identify the restriction.
Transparency does not establish suitability for pressurised garden watering. Unreinforced and reinforced hoses are not automatically equivalent. Verify pressure, outdoor-use and connection information in the data sheet rather than relying on appearance.
