Shipping for truckload orders

Ertunç Plastik covers shipping costs for truckload orders throughout Türkiye. Shipping terms for other orders are confirmed in the written quotation according to order quantity and delivery address.

Non-defective products: 15 days, unopened packaging

Non-defective products may be returned within 15 days of delivery with their packaging unopened. This condition applies to returns throughout Türkiye.

Defective products: no time limit

If a hose bursts, breaks or is found to be defective, a return is accepted when the product is sent back to us. These returns have no time limit and do not require unopened packaging. Returns are accepted from throughout Türkiye.

Production and quotation periods

Estimated production/delivery time is 1–2 weeks, depending on order volume. The exact date is confirmed in the written quotation.

A quotation must be approved within 7 days of its issue date.
