It is considered for liquid transfer on a pump suction line. The spiral structure supports the body, but does not mean it will resist collapse at every vacuum level. Compare the fluid, actual internal diameter, required vacuum, temperature and bend radius with the technical sheet for the selected size.
The catalogue includes both standard and heavy-duty versions of the yellow and green suction series; green alone does not mean heavy-duty. The red discharge series is evaluated separately for discharge lines. Check the product name and technical values together; do not infer vacuum or operating pressure from colour.
The current list price for 1-inch Standard Yellow Suction Hose is TRY 44.40 per metre, and for the 2-inch size it is TRY 139.86 per metre, excluding VAT. Do not apply the starting price to every size. Fittings, clamps, cutting, coil length, stock and transport terms are specified separately in the written quotation.
Select the hose-tail fitting to match the actual internal diameter, and the pump-side connection to match the relevant thread or flange. The gasket and clamping arrangement must suit the application’s vacuum/pressure conditions. Do not place tensile load on the connection; check leak-tightness, supports and the initial start-up procedure according to the pump instructions.
