A female adapter connects PE pipe to male-threaded equipment.
For a male-threaded component joining a PE pipe line, identify the mating part first. Record the female adapter's pipe side and threaded side separately to distinguish it from a similarly named male adapter. Include installation space and access for later inspection in the enquiry.

Check the pipe outside diameter separately from the female end’s nominal thread size. Actual catalogue records for this model include 20×1/2", 40×1 1/2", 110×4". Read the complete size expression alongside the series identity; do not transfer the size range of another similarly named model to this one.

Which thread mates with a female adapter?
It mates with a compatible male thread. The pipe size in millimetres and thread size in inches are not interchangeable measurements.
Will it fit a tap or valve directly?
Check the mating thread size, standard and available space. The product name does not establish compatibility with every tap.
How do I choose the size?
Measure the PE pipe outside diameter. Identify any threaded connection separately. Do not confuse a pipe OD in millimetres with a thread size in inches; check both ends and any third outlet.
Does PN16 mean 16 bar under every condition?
The PN16 designation alone does not establish the operating pressure of the entire system. Verify the manufacturer’s data for fluid, temperature, pipe class, surge pressure and installation conditions.
What information is needed for an order?
Specify the product code, series, connection sizes and quantity. Add the application, operating conditions and delivery address when requesting a written quote.
What should I check before installation?
The pipe end should be square-cut, clean and undamaged. Check seals and gripping components against the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not dismantle a pressurised system; arrange an appropriate leak check after assembly.
