Define the connection before ordering

- For a tank-wall connection, specify wall thickness, surface shape and access to the assembly side as well as the connection size.

Read the catalogue size and series context
Verify thread size, tank wall and mounting-hole details separately. The nominal thread size is not the required hole diameter. Actual catalogue records for this model include 1/2", 1 1/4", 2". Read the complete size expression alongside the series identity; do not transfer the size range of another similarly named model to this one.
Product code, packaging and piece quotation
