A male adapter transitions from PE pipe to a female-threaded valve, filter or component. Specify both the pipe connection and threaded end; “adapter” alone does not identify the required part.

Define the connection before ordering

When an irrigation line reaches a valve, filter or equipment inlet, select the pipe connection separately from the equipment thread. Compare the male adapter with the mating female connection; a uniform pipe diameter along the line does not establish the threaded end's size.
Read the catalogue size and series context
Check the pipe outside diameter separately from the male end’s nominal thread size. Actual catalogue records for this model include 20×1/2", 32×1", 63×2". Read the complete size expression alongside the series identity; do not transfer the size range of another similarly named model to this one.
Product code, packaging and piece quotation
Use “the selected row's product code / the selected catalogue size” and requested pieces on each quotation line. Catalogue pack quantity is separate from requested quantity or minimum order. Confirm current piece price, stock, packaging and delivery in writing.
What should be confirmed before installation?
Confirm the conveyed fluid, temperature, operating and surge pressure, pipe or hose class and connection form against information for the selected product. A series name, appearance or another component's data does not establish suitability of the whole installation. Use the relevant instructions for tightening and sealing methods.

Are male and female adapters interchangeable?
No. Male threads mate with female threads and vice versa; size and thread standard must also match.
Is a single inch size enough to order?
You also need the PE pipe outside diameter. Include the product code and both connection sizes.

Measure the PE pipe outside diameter in millimetres, then confirm the nominal inch size and thread standard at the metal threaded end. Metal alloy, temperature suitability and pressure rating require the product technical declaration.
How do I verify the pressure and temperature suitability?
Do not assign PN16 to this range based on the name of another series. Provide the product code, fluid, operating temperature and required pressure conditions; confirm suitability with a technical data sheet and written quote.
What information is needed for an order?
Specify the product code, series, connection sizes and quantity. Add the application, operating conditions and delivery address when requesting a written quote.
What should I check before installation?
The metal threaded end and mating thread must use compatible standards. Follow the product instructions for sealing, tightening and pipe-side assembly; a metal threaded end does not make the body suitable for excessive tightening.
